A non-refundable payment of $180 is due when you book your appointment to hold your spot.
After making your payment to hold your spot, you will be contacted within a few days to schedule your appointment and will receive your patient intake forms.
It must be at least 36 hours before your appointment if you need to reschedule.
Payments can be made via Zelle, Venmo, or Revolut.
